Initial Assessment
Initial Assessment
First visits are always booked as an initial assessment. Initial assessments are 45 minutes long and will consist of a history, exam and treatment if appropriate. The first visit to a new therapist can elicit feelings of nervousness or apprehension. Perhaps you want to see a chiropractor, but are not sure about having your neck adjusted? Rest assured that Dr. Fenton will not administer any treatment you are not comfortable with! It's your body, you are in charge. Your treatment options will be discussed with you, and a plan made before your treatment begins.
Subsequent Treatment
Subsequent Treatment
Subsequent treatments at Garden Path Chiro are follow-up appointments booked after your initial assessment. Most subsequent treatments are approximately 30 minutes in length, and will consist of a combination of soft tissue therapy (massage), chiropractic adjustments or joint mobilizations, modalities (ex. ultrasound), taping and home care instructions. Your personalized treatment plan will be made just for you!
* If you are being seen for a simple treatment, or only one small area, you may have the option of booking an abbreviated subsequent treatment that is only 15 minutes in length.
Extended 45 Minute subsequent $120
Chiropractic Massage
Chiropractic Massage
Chiropractic massage is a 1 hour long, subsequent treatment session. It's a great option for those looking to combine the benefits of a longer session of deep muscle work finished off with some chiropractic adjustments or mobilizations. It is perfect for those who are hard on their body, either in their work or athletic pursuits. Multiple body areas can be treated during a chiropractic massage session.
*Please note, all chiropractic massage sessions are billed through extended coverage as a chiropractic treatment. Most extended benefits will only cover a portion of each session.
